Condition of Sales
1. The prices listed in our current price list are final. The old casting must meet the following conditions.

a. The old casting must be free of cracks or welds including broken crankshafts.

b. All castings must be the same make and model that was purchased.

c. Castings must have all of the parts on it that are furnished with the replacement casting.

d. Junkyard castings or rusty castings are not acceptable.

e. Parts not returned as a part of the casting will be charged as follows:

Piston-Rod Assy. 4.00 ea.
Camshafts 10.00
Head Bolts 20.00
Crankshafts Current Price

f. Any head cores missing valves or springs are not acceptable.

2. The old casting must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice or we will assume the replacement was sold outright and remove it from our records of engines, heads, or cranks on which deposits can be credited.

3. We are not responsible for parts left on cores returned for credit or rebuild.

4. All freight F.O.B. factory.
