Rebuilt Engines by Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc.


				Limited Warranty BMS warrants all Remanufactured Engines to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when properly installed and under normal use as follows: Passenger Cars Short Blocks: 90 days from date of invoice or 4,000 miles whichever comes first. Long Blocks: 12 months or 12,000 miles from date of invoice whichever comes first. Trucks, Marine, Industrial, Busses (Including: Dump Trucks, Motor Homes, Off-Road Units, Tractors, etc.) Complete Assembly and Partial Assembly: 30 days from date of invoice. Under the above conditions, if any part of a remanufactured engine assembly fails because of defective parts or the workmanship performed by Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. the remanufactured engine assembly will be repaired or replaced, whichever is deemed advisable by Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. In the case of failure, the alleged defective remanufactured engine must be returned to Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. out of chassis, and at purchaser's expense, for disposition. This warranty shall not apply to any engine which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or to any engine subjected to operations causing greater than normal wear, has been overheated, abused, or has been used for purposes for which it was not originally designed. This Warranty shall not apply to remanufactured engines that fail due to improper installation, caused by defective or improper units on the engines not supplied by Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages, including: towing charges, storage charges, vehicle rentals, or damages to other parts. There is no labor allowance for removing and/or replacing remanufactured engines. Limitations on Implied Warranties Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to duration to the periods of time or distance from date of purchase as specified herein and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Blaine's Motor Supply, Inc. are expressly excluded.
